What Is Website Leasing?
- Website leasing is a service that gives you a fully operational website with very little up-front costs. Our programs can even be designed so you can lease-to-own!
Can Fresh Objectives create an effective Web solution to help meet my needs?
- Yes. Definitely. We thoroughly research our customer’s business and businesses of a similar nature. Every website our designers construct is created for your business.
Are designs interchangeable between categories?
- All designs can be used in any category. Just because the sample shows certain pictures, it doesn’t mean you can’t use other pictures instead. All the Websites are very flexible – button and page names can be changed. In some cases, button and bar colors can be redesigned.
What is the total lease payment and are there any other costs that I could incur before the lease ends?
- The Fresh Objectives Lease Agreement is a full disclosure legal document. All payments, charges and fees are disclosed. You will have a full understanding of the total financial requirements prior to signing the agreement. The only additional costs would be if you wish to upgrade your plan.
What happens if I want to terminate early?
- All of our agreements are written for a minimum of 12 months. However, we understand, that at times, things occur within a customer’s business that require re-evaluation. Every case will be treated on an individual basis.
Can I upgrade or change design before the end of the lease agreement?
- Yes. One of the important elements of our Web solutions is the ability to stay current. In some cases this means a change of website or a total redesign of the site. The size of the site will determine if there will be a change in the lease amount.
What are my options at the termination of the lease agreement?
- You have four basic options: (1) Walk away; (2) Renew the existing agreement; (3) Upgrade to a different type of solution, or (4) Purchase the website layout.
Are there any extra costs at termination?
- No. This is very clearly stated in the Website Leasing Agreement.
What are the terms or length of my website leasing agreement?
- Rental Agreements can be on a month to month basis.
- Website Leasing Agreements are written for a minimum of 12 months. There is the possibility of writing longer terms, based on the Web solution project.
What is the total initial investment?
- Your initial investment or up-front money consists of the following items:
1) First month payment
2) Last month payment
3) Add-ons*
* when applicable
